Caro can't stop giggling. This is really ridiculous. She doesn't care. Joker refusing to let Walter escape and pouting at him, though. That's more than a little unfair. So she responds by letting go of him just enough to reach out and pat his leg.
"Don't worry, he's just playing hard to get," she says soothingly, smiling sweetly. Caro could wrap her arm back around Joker, or... she could just rest her hand right above his knee. That's good.
